Dr. Brittany Schuler PT, DPT, CBIS, NCS
Physical Therapist
Brittany is a national board-certified, registered, and licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, who has a passion for thinking outside of the box and providing individualized care specific to each client and family. She is a Board Certified Neurologic Specialist, Certified Brain Injury Specialist, as well as an Introductory Level C DMI certified practitioner and Certified Primitive Reflex Practitioner.
Brittany earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarkson University and has advanced training in neurological rehabilitation, pediatric motor development, primitive reflex integration, and DMI.
She brings over 10 years of experience across acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient pediatrics, and school-based therapy, and has been recognized for her innovative approach and compassionate care.
As the founder of Mini Milestones Physical Therapy, she is committed to helping children reach their fullest potential and providing families with accessible education and resources.
Brittany lives in Canastota, NY with her husband, two children, and their dog.

Our Story
Mini Milestones was founded in 2022 with the goal of providing high-quality, individualized physical therapy without limitations. Brittany discovered her passion for physical therapy in high school after shadowing clinicians and seeing the impact hands-on care could make. With over 10 years of experience across multiple settings, she created Mini Milestones to bring the best parts of the profession together in one place.
The name “Mini Milestones” reflects her belief that every step—big or small—matters in a person’s journey. Brittany is committed to helping children and adults reach their potential and celebrate the progress made along the way.
